The DXF-compare module of the image analysis PicEd allows to show the CAD construction drawing onto the microscopic image of the real part. The PicEd modul calculates the lenth information of microscope image and DXF file and maps the DXF date onto the microscope image in the correct size.

| In order to be independent of the positioning of the real part, the DXF data can be moved and rotated. |  |

The DXF overlay drawing allows to control the manufacturing quality and allows to document differences. Overlay and microscope image can be stored together and thus further processing (email, reports) is possible.
