Sometimes the limited range of viewing area does not allow to view the objects in full size with adequate resolution.
Modern
image analysis overcomes this limitation by composing several images with small
overlap into a composed (stiched) image.
PicEd Cora contains this feature in its basic version.
The object is recorded picture by picture in moving it below the microscope with a scanning table. The storage is executed by keyboard hits.

the composed image the scale is correct.
Thus measurement in the composed image can be done without restrictions.
