4. Oil cleanliness analysis

For counting particles larger 5µm our standard system is sufficient. 

Some company standards go beyond ISO 4406 and require to count particles > 2µm in determining oil cleanliness. This requirement can be fullfilled only with a system based on a material microscope.

The fully automatic JOMESA system based on a material microscope deals with these requirements:

·        Particle size count beginning from 2 µm

·        Automatic Z-height focusing scanning stage (Autofocus),

·        Proved userfriendly Software

·        Complete accessories (e.g. filterholder and filterstretcher, particle standard)

·        Templates for evaluations according to ISO 4406 and all common company standards
